Fiona is a member of the good side of V.F.D. She is a little older than Violet, and lives on the submarine. She studies mycology and is the daughter of Captain Widderahins. It is revealed in part 11 that she is the much younger sister of Fernald, the Hook-Handed henchman of Count Olaf.
