Synopsis

Mystery Inc. must locate the Falcon Force who have taken by mysterious new villain, The Phantom Virus who released dozens of classic monsters they have faced in the past. Set in a virtual reality amusement park the gang must face their greatest challenge ever, rescue their friends and uncover the foe behind the Virus.

Description of The Mad Inventor:

Creator of the Phantom virus operating behind an Iron Mask. (Iron Face the name of a Scooby doo monster and a Blue Falcon and Dynomutt Villain). She wanted to imprison the falcon Force long enough to steal space research. She would also be someone they met earlier in the movie.
