Synopsis

"L.A. Noire" is a neo-noir detective story developed by Team Bondi and published by Rockstar Games. Set in the 1940s in a meticulously recreated Los Angeles, the story follows the story of Cole Phelps, a war veteran turned LAPD detective.

Detective Herschel Biggs is a central character in L.A. Noire. He is Cole Phelps' final partner upon his demotion from the Vice department to the Arson deparrtment, and also acts as the narrator that accompanies the opening of the story during the Patrol Desk.
