Synopsis

Kiteman has brought together a team and is starting to heal from his trauma but soon a villain on the run asks for protection from a dangerous vigilante who doesn’t hold back. Now Kiteman and his team of obscure villains must try and survive as they try to escape this new adversary while dealing with a new team of criminals who are out to be the next big villains of Batman’s rogues gallery.

Description of Swagman (Unknown):

Swagman was found by the rest of onomatopoeia and raised by him. When he’s guarding The Obscurities he is soon befriended by Mine and Kiteman. Eventually he decides to change sides and helps them defeat onomatopoeia and escape James Gordon Jr. and be a member of Obscurity.
