Synopsis

Kiteman has brought together a team and is starting to heal from his trauma but soon a villain on the run asks for protection from a dangerous vigilante who doesn’t hold back. Now Kiteman and his team of obscure villains must try and survive as they try to escape this new adversary while dealing with a new team of criminals who are out to be the next big villains of Batman’s rogues gallery.

Description of Kiteman (Charles Brown):

Charles has found belonging with his new team, The Obscurities. His old cell mate Crazy Quilt shows up begging him for refuge claiming to have been framed for the murder of the most hated guard in Arkham Asylum’s son. Charles wants to believe CQ is telling him the truth and that people like him are capable of change.
