Fan Casting Black Eagle in Killer Instinct

Tipyeléhne (but known as Eagle or Agent Black Eagle) is the younger brother of Thunder,is 33 years old and like his brother,he also left the Nez Perce tribe to live in the big city and became an F.B.I agent. But unlike Thunder, Eagle still visited his family from time to time. That until the day he was sent to such a tournament organized by Ultratech(by Orchid)to disguised as a Wrestler and collect evidence to incriminate the organization for his deeds and mysteriously,ended up missing. Since then,he has been wanted by agents Orchid,Brian Murphy and his brother Thunder.
