A classmate of the Hoenn Angels who happens to discover their secret by accident, and begins traveling with them as well because of this, and so that she could further her dream of becoming a Pokemon doctor. During Deoxys's near-revival, Wangari gained an Angelic Sword of her own and became the angel who bestows determination, Hoenn White, but only for a brief time. Not that she minds, for after she made region-wide headlines for the medical assistance she offered during that time, she was given a chance to study Pokemon medicine as an intern in the Kanto region, and she's been living there for the past year while she studies. She was one of the first to learn about the rogue mutated Pokemon, and also had her Angelic Sword infused with a mysterious Pokemon, allowing her to don the angelic mantle once more as Kanto White.
