Synopsis

Houtarou Ichinose, a young regular high school student who is entrusted with the Gotchadriver and his mission is to recollect the Chemys that have been released into the world. Some are well suited for human companionship and if resonated with a good heart, Houtarou can fuse with them to transform into Kamen Rider Gotchard to protect the world from Malgams.

Description of Spanner Kurogane (Valvarad/Kamen Rider Valvarad):

At some point, Spanner Kurogane graduated from the Alchemist Academy and earned a name for himself as an Alchemist. He created the Valvarad armor on his own, a system separate from the Kamen Rider system used by Houtaro Ichinose. Spanner is a cool, aloof and pessimistic elite who believes that Chemies are nothing more than tools created by human beings and unlike other students of Alchemist Academy, has no interest in collecting them.
