After the events of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight Xavion son of Xaviax has found a way to avenge his father and regain his honor by turning this world into his own image by using the advent books the source of the riders powers but a inspiring young Teenager named Ralph Taylor comes across a Advent Book that allows him to access the powers of the Kamen Riders and the protectors of Ventara he uses them in a storybook like mirror world of our own and joined by Eoin another young man with special powers In the course of time Ralph finds out his father the past dragon rider died of Xavion and this adds more purpose to his mission While investigating the mysterious dissaperance of his father Ralph Taylor, finds a Advent Book called "Fire of the Dragon" and becomes Kamen Rider Dragon Flame joining forces with Eoin, Kamen Rider Lion Water to defeat the monsters created by xavion and take back the home they hold dear.
