Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak(Александр Васильевич Колчак)(b. 16 November 1874) is a former Russian admiral, military leader, polar explorer and important political figure of the White Movement during the Russian Civil War, when he served as Supreme Military Commander of all White Russian forces and head of the Provisional All-Russian Government.
