Alex Jesseman was just an ordinary teenager living in America when he was abducted and taken to Russia by a secret government organization. There, he was subjected to a series of experimental tests that involved exposing him to hazardous materials, including radioactive substances. During one such experiment, the test went wrong, resulting in an accident that triggered a massive release of radiation. This incident gave Alex extraordinary abilities, turning him into the hero known as Atomic Punk. Despite the traumatic experience and the years he spent in Russia, Alex never lost hope that he would one day be able to escape and return home.
