Fan Casting Vandal Savage in Justice Society WW2

Would carry around the God killer sword as well. I would showcase it to being able to pierce metahumans with purported invulnerability. (Might be important later!) The JSA manage to procure the sword from Vandal but not without him escaping custody? Flees to Argentina where he then plans on making his move when a certain missile crisis occurs later on.
