Steppenwolf, a powerful general of Apokolips, arrives on Earth with the intent to retrieve the three Mother Boxes to pave the way for Darkseid’s conquest. His invasion spreads terror as he and his army of Parademons begin a ruthless assault. Batman, determined to protect Earth, realizes that he can’t fight this war alone. He sets out to assemble a team, reaching out to Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Superman. During a pivotal moment, Martian Manhunter joins the fray, using his telepathic and shape-shifting powers to turn the tide in favor of the League. In the end, Steppenwolf is defeated and retreats, but the League understands that this was only the beginning. Darkseid’s invasion is inevitable, and they must remain united for future threats.
