Synopsis

Political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Justice League and Teen Titans lead to collateral damage. The new status quo deeply divides members of the two teams. Dick Grayson, better known as Nightwing, believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Bruce Wayne, also known as Batman, sharply disagrees and supports oversight. As the debate escalates into an all-out feud, the other members of the Justice League and Teen Titans must pick a side. But little do they know this all apart of a much sinister plan at large, one being conducted in the shadows...

Description of ''All Hail The King'' (Post-Credits Scene):

Meanwhile, in another universe, a physically deformed man wearing a weathered Batsuit, as well pieces of other armor, is peering into the Phantom Zone through a cauldron and witnesses the failure of Brother Blood to fulfill The Prophecy of Darkness to take over the universe of Earth 1610. Laughing, the deformed man rises from his throne of bones, a huge group of chains weighing heavily down on his body, before he says, ''Fine. If none of you can conquer that universe, I'll do it myself.'' and then leaves the throne room, laughing maniacally as he does so.
