An alleged terrorist begins attacking the heroes of the different cities, prompting Batman and Martian Manhunter to investigate, causing them to reunite with other heroes such as Green Lantern, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Superman, at the same time as Barry Allen. investigates a series of crimes that happen in Central City which leads him to the same terrorist as the others investigating the one who calls himself Prometheus, who tries to defeat them all and prove that superheroes are the real enemies, he teams up with Professor Ivo to create beings trying to mix the DNA of various beings of different species, with which he intends to attack the Justice League. Can only a man without powers defeat heroes united?
