Lex Luthor would break out high class supervillians who are enemies of the Justice League, He frees them and make them reluctantly agree to join him in their mission to resurrect Braniac and kill the League. Batman would find out about the plan and warn the League. The Legion would find their enemies weaknesses and use it against them.
