Fan Casting Thomas Wayne in Justice League: Knightfall

At the end of the film, after the regime is officially in full swing, Bruce in his new Superior Batman armor is walking down the hallway of the regime's capitol building in Metropolis, now renamed Arkham City, when he passes by a mirror and catches some sort of glint. Looking in the mirror, he sees not his face staring back at him, but the face of his father, Thomas Wayne, looking him in the eye. Even more importantly, it is Thomas Wayne as the Batman of the Flashpoint timeline, a man that serves as a mere shadow of what Bruce has become now. Bruce, however, shrugs the brief hallucination off as a ghost of the past.
