Description of “The Scary Government Lady”:

When rounding up the members of the Legion Of Doom to relocate to an anonymous superprison, Frank Rock is pulled over to the side by Amanda Waller, who tells him that several of the criminals, more specifically Deathstroke, Harley Quinn, King Shark, Blackgaurd, Solomon Grundy, Cheetah, and Shadow Thief, have been analyzed as being worthy candidates to join Waller’s new Black Ops squad, codenamed “Task Force X”
