Lex Luthor is deep into his presidential run for office. Wanting to claim ultimate power, he forms his own team of supervillains to rival that of the Justice League, with them doing the unthinkable and resurrecting the remains of Brainiac to ensure their complete victory. Now, with the world feeling a new sense of dread and doom, the Justice League immediately reforms to do battle, this time with three new members, Green Arrow, Black Canary, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Shazam & Cyborg all joining the League.
