Synopsis

Considering James Gunn is making a 'Swamp Thing' movie, I'm 90% certain than in Chapter 2 of his universe we will be treated a long overdue 'Justice League Dark' movie, it just feels like something that plays to his strengths even though he probably wont direct it and something that just feels like Gunn would want to include in his universe. Maybe it's just me...

  • kccasting Jason Statham is my Deadman. It has the vibes of Adam Driver as Mr. Fantastic where you may initially think "No!" but if you think about it... it might just work. He was an Olympic diver so definetely has natural agility, just look at the prison scene in Fast 8! He's bald, so that's a plus. And he's a popular movie star so can add some credibility to the cast, especially if, like me, you want lesser known younger actors to play Constantine & Zatanna. The only problem is the voice, I picture Deadman having Pete Davidson's voice.

    • trouble   @kccasting Yeah, I can see it! The one problem I see is that Deadman's origin involves a Hindu god. I know it doesn't matter to everyone but a white guy portraying someone of Hindu faith bothers me a bit, as I'm sure it would bother most Indian folks.
