An animated Justice League film loosely inspired by the Marvel Civil War storyline in which a horrific accident involving Bane forces the government, ran by Lex Luthor, to seek control over the heroes. Essentially, the heroes will keep their identities if they work within the government's guidelines. Some heroes agree while others don't, leading to a conflict between the two factions while Luthor secretly works behind the scenes to destroy the heroes with the help of a few of his own allies.
