theoriginalmartian They wouldn't use Bart Allen. Bart wasn't created until 1994 and he didn't become The Flash until the 2000s. The most likely person would be Wally West or Barry Allen. Barry is less likely since in the 90s Barry had been dead for a few years. Wally was the only Flash from 1986-2009. Plus, Wally is an infinitely better character than Barry and would bring so much more to the team.
