When Steppenwolf, an extraterrestrial threat from the planet Apokolips invades earth to collect objects called Mother Boxes and conquer the planet, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and Aquaman unite to form the Justice League to save the world. College football player Victor Stone joins them after being injured in a life-changing accident that left him fused to a robotic body, becoming the superhero Cyborg. Cyborg uses his new advanced technology to learn shocking secrets about Apokolips and a potentially bigger invasion by Steppenwolf's superior.
