Description of What If... Sarah Was Adopted by the T-Rexes:

After Sarah Harding patched the baby T-rex's leg, the T-rex parents figure out the woman is not a threat. When Sarah is accidently left behind by the rescue party, the mama T-rex finds her and brings her back to the nest. Together, they rescue the Buck and baby rex, the humans leave, and the T-rexes welcome Sarah into their family.
