Description of What If... Jurassic Park was Set in Victorian England:

In 1854, a British industrialist builds a zoological garden in the Crystal Palace Park. This attraction houses his secret living recreations of extinct animals (with the dinosaurs envisioned as giant lizard-like beasts), and a team of scientists and investors are invited for a showcase tour. But one stormy night, it all goes wrong when the creatures are loose.
