Character Description

The fussy, officious university administrator who sees Ock as a dangerous crackpot. Thorkel is smug, petty, and obsessed with rules and forms—everything the genius scientist despises. He takes pleasure in firing Ock from his hospital bed, but his bureaucratic arrogance proves fatal when Ock's mechanical arms crush him.
