Joker, (Arthur fleck), is currently healing in a hospital after getting stabbed. With the public thinking Joker is dead, new people rise up to be the joker, in which the winner is Barry craft. The batman then teams up with a detective to defeat the joker, while Arthur fleck escapes stable. As Arthur tries to re-claim his title, the batman must stop joker's reign of crime.
