Arthur Fleck has been confined in Arkhan State Hospital. Where he meets a young woman named Lee, who Arthur feels an immediate connection with Lee and is surprised to discover that she is a Joker fanatic, He feels an attraction and connection for Lee that he had not felt before but Lee turns out to be a bad influence on him since she does not love him, she only loves his Joker character and so she will manipulate him and make him become who she wants him to be and so they will escape from the hospital and she will ask him to dress and act like the Joker and he will do it to please her and so she will make them commit crimes and murders and he will question what he does but his love gives him happiness and confidence and that is why he will continue even though he loses his humanity and becomes only Joker, an evil, cold, charismatic and confident criminal which is what his beloved wants.
