Fan Casting Dekker in John Carpenter's Fallout

Dekker is the crime lord of The Hub, a blasted-out Beverly Center turned post-apocalyptic bazaar. With silky menace, he is a pragmatist who deals in everything: weapons, supplies, and human flesh. He was once Max's owner and is now in league with the Mutants, trading "pristine" vault dwellers to the Master in exchange for power. He sees the Vault 13 team as easy marks—rare genetics to be exploited. Max kills him with a bullet to the heart, settling an old score. He represents the banality of wasteland evil: business over morality.
