Jamie Jones (Charlie Plummer) now is age 25 year-old playing for the same football team and engaged to his girlfriend Ashley (Talia Ryder), the next day his mother Mindy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was unable to date her son's girlfriend's father David McGunn (Cillian Murphy). Jamie has to play a soccor game in order to earn money to save his mother, he faces his long-time bully and enemy Brad Cummings (Mason Dye), and his soccer teammare and they will win prizes to earn money?
