Character Description

A 62-year-old, grey-haired four-star general. Frustrated by civilian caution, he wants to bomb the National Mall to stop the alien Rouser. "God save me: I wanna bomb the national mall!" — he bellows. Reluctantly, he listens to Lois's warning about Luthor and becomes an unlikely ally.
