After the events of the second film, Riley returns and her emotions come back too! Nostalgia makes her official debut, and there are six new emotions: Love, Hate, Gluttony, Depression, Tranquility, and Adoration. Each new emotion has a different role - Love makes Riley feel romantic, Hate makes Riley feel hateful, Gluttony makes Riley feel hungry, Depression makes Riley feel depressed, Tranquility makes Riley feel calm, and Adoration makes Riley feel adored. Meanwhile, Riley reunites with Meg and introduces her to her new best friends, Bree and Grace.
