Synopsis

Following the return and reformation of The Regime, Bruce Wayne, better known as the Superior Batman, has resumed reigning over the world with an iron fist, punishing that anyone that does not wish to join him. However, nine months after his return to absolute power, Bruce begins to notice something is off with his firm grip over all governments, as there are reports of attacks being made in several different cities around the globe by resurrected Terminators that once belonged to Brainiac. As more attacks against The Regime occur, Bruce realizes he must get to the bottom of this and stop whatever is happening... Quickly.

Description of ''The Eyes'' (Mid-Credits Scene):

In the Mid-Credits Scene for the film, we see a god-like being watching over Earth-1610, witnessing the defeat and demise of the Dawnbreaker and his Terminator armies at the hands of Bruce Wayne and The Regime. The being stares upon Earth-1610 intently, before saying, ''The Dawnbreaker failed in defeating a variant of himself, as did the Red Death and The Batman Who Laughs... There must be another who can carry out this task!'' before he scrolls through the different Earths in the multiverse, stopping at Earth-11, and then saying, ''Perhaps HE will defeat the Superior Batman...''
