Arsenal is the alter-ego of several characters in the DC Universe. It is most prominently used by Roy Harper, who took it on after securing his role as Green Arrow's side-kicker, Speedy, and dropped it when he became Red Arrow. Roy returned to this role after his daughter Lian was murdered during Justice League: Cry for Justice. He was a member of the Titans, Checkmate, Suicide Squad, Outsiders and Outlaws. Harper began using Arsenal's name and costume in New Titans # 99 (1993), by Marv Wolfman and Tom Grummett.
