Ragman is the team mystic of the second Outsiders DLC pack. He's part of Batman's Insurgency and has been power buffed in recent DC Comics. He's a former antique shop assistant who inherited a rag suit that absorbs the souls of evildoers. Moveset-wise, he can change and enlarge the shape of his cape, use it as a piercing weapon, fire mystic energy or hardened blades, and briefly mind control via his boost.
