Synopsis

It's been three and a half years after the Evil Ending of Infamous Second Son, Delsin has been captured and conduits are now seen as more of a threat then ever, now if your a conduit, you will be gunned down, no exception. But now two conduits will step up to stop both the corrupt Government & the newly escape Delsin Rowe. & uncover truths they never thought were possible.

Description of Delsin Rowe (Banner Man / D / Del):

hiding, feeling he had failed as Conduits are still around & the world hates them now, plus people see him as a myth rather then a hero or a legend. However after hearing about Delsin Rowe & a mysterious paper conduit, also well as uncovering a government conspiracy thanks to Zeke, he feels he has no choice but to get out of hiding and do what's right. He is haunted by the ghost/memories of Kessler, Trish, John, Sasha, Kuo, Nix, & Bertrand throughout the game, he also acts as a mentor for both Emily & Jacob. NOTE: His new design is a amalgamation of his design from the first game & his Alternate original design for Infamous 2 back when he was suppose to have hair.
