Synopsis

After the murder of some musicians gets people turned into supervillains,Delsin Rowe is on the case but a bigger threat comes from a person more dangerous than Augustine and Delsin must build an alliance to stop it.

Description of Delsin Rowe:

Delsin is a conduit who has the power over smoke,neon,video and concrete,and he's on the hunt for the Power Rangers after they killed some famous musicians making room for DJ fly aka fly trap and he now has to fight vampires then he learns from Troy that the Power Rangers have been protecting us for years and he proves that the Power Rangers provide protection and the Wiggles are just dangerous.
