Leader of some young criminal organisation. She is a genius in electrical and mechanical engineering. She can create pulse cannons, levitation inducing devices, and even jetpacks with GPS. It might be so that while Dash is picking up some dirt on her, he falls in LOVE! Which would mean that rather than try to have her arrested, he wants to help her. Follow a new path, that is. But she would not be so easy to convince. It also might be so that she is Syndrome's daughter. They become each other's worst enemies after hearing of his betrayal. She would then redeem herself by helping Dash and his family fight the real main villain.
