Tired of the life they led at the hands of humans, farm animals, led by a group of pigs, rebel against their owners and take control of the farm where they live, establishing their own rules and a system of government. Description of Snowball:
The pig who challenges Napoleon for control of farm after the rebellion. Based on Leon Trotsky, Snowball is intelligent, passionate, eloquent, and less subtle and devious than his counterpart, Napoleon. Snowball seems to win the loyalty of the other animals and cement his power.
