Tired of the life they led at the hands of humans, farm animals, led by a group of pigs, rebel against their owners and take control of the farm where they live, establishing their own rules and a system of government. However, the pigs, who became the leaders of this government, become tyrant leaders and worse than humans.read more

Description of Moses:
The tame raven who spreads stories of Sugarcandy Mountain, the paradise to which animals supposedly go when they die. Moses plays only a small role in farm, but Orwell uses him to explore how communism exploits religion as something with which to pacify the oppressed.
