An intimidating bully of a man, Cullen Curtis takes pride in his position as sheriff of Pineford Falls. He does what he says when he wants, and on his time -- and nobody better try standing up to him, or else! Having been one of the officers present when the original Pineford slasher was gunned down, he at first shoots down any claims that a copy cat killer is on the loose. But when more evidence starts to mount up, its only then that he begins to point fingers at Elliott, whom he considers the most likely suspect.
