The ultimate evil has been unleashed, and no one is safe from its power.
Dr. Henry Jekyll is a brilliant scientist who has created a formula that brings out his dark side, known as Mr. Hyde. As Hyde's rampages grow increasingly dangerous, Jekyll's colleagues become concerned, but are unable to understand how Hyde continues to exist after Jekyll claims to have destroyed the formula. Meanwhile, Dr. Richard Lanyon, a sinister scientist with his own plans, is watching their every move and working on a new, more powerful formula. Detective Michael West also becomes involved in the investigation, holding a grudge against Jekyll and wanting to prove that he is connected to Hyde. As events unfold, Jekyll is drawn closer to Dr. Hastie Lanyon, Richard's estranged wife, who has been trying to help him deal with his inner demons. However, when Jekyll and Hastie are ambushed by Lanyon and his henchmen, Jekyll is injected with Lanyon's new formula, which transforms him into something even more dangerous than Hyde. The city is plunged into chaos as Jekyll realizes that he is responsible for unleashing the ultimate evil upon the world.
