Description of Woof Barton [Victor of the 13th Hunger Games] [District 8]:

Set in a deep snowy forest, Woof Barton won these Games at the age of 18; responsible for four deaths, culminating with the boy from District 4. He was a rebellious person from childhood; censored for most of his tribute interview. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 80, the only male victor from District 8 ever.
