Description of Wheaton Vale [Victor of the 4th Hunger Games] [District 9]:

Wheaton volunteered for these Games age 18 in order to save his father; who was a rebel prisoner of war sentenced to mentor District 9; whenever one such rebel mentored a victor they were pardoned. Wheaton was a handsome young man with green eyes and a charming smile; he wooed the Capitol into setting up interviews and earned several sponsor gifts. He overpowered several tributes in the arena; the boy from 4 placing second. After this however he discovered his father murdered on other charges; he turned largely to alcohol afterwards; he was killed age 50 in the midst of a Capitol orgy.
