Description of Vera O'Rourke [Victor of the 15th Hunger Games] [District 7]:
Set in a series of enormous pine forests, as tall as the skyscrapers of the Capitol, these Games were quite popular. Vera O'Rourke, the female tribute from District 7, was the daughter of a mutt hunter and stealth tracker, she used these skills to evade, hunt down and overpower fellow tributes. She never joined the rebellion and died of a deadly plague widespread in District 7 the year of the 72nd Hunger Games age 73.
