Fan Casting Mannanan Ulmo [Victor of the 19th Hunger Games] [District 4] in Hunger Games; the Victor's Project.

An often cold and austere young man, Mannanan trained under Mags Baxter-Dupont for the Hunger Games from the age of 13. He volunteered seemingly with pride and put up a great appearance in training, scoring a 9 and sailing through his tribute interview. In the volcanic caldera arena he led the Career alliance and was responsible for the deaths of the boys from 1, 2, 9 and 10 as well as the girls from Districts 3 and 8. Following this he went on to join the rebellion and mentor two victors. As of 75 ADD he is still alive age 74.
