Description of Cecilia Rheys [Victor of the 57th Hunger Games] [District 8]:

Cecilia had a difficult childhood; her mother died when she was young and her father remarried to a colder woman [who nonetheless gave Cecilia some good advice] and Cecilia herself secretly prostituted herself out for their financial survival. Reaped age 15, she was mentored by Cora and survived an icy-cold mountain arena with a toll of 11 kills including the girl from District 6, both District 7 tributes, her District partner from 8 and both District 4 tributes. D uring this time she developed an alternate personality named Victoria and later had her three children each with different men, as well as becoming a rebellion leader. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell she is still alive age 33.
