Description of Cashmere Delacroix [Victor of the 64th Hunger Games] [District 1]:

Like her brother Cashmere was raised to believe in the values of Panem and the Hunger Games above all else; she developed aptitude for running, charisma and knives at the Academy. In her arena-a series of mountain caves-she became very popular with the Capitol audience and wracked a total of six kills in the arena, facing the boy from District 2 in the finale. Following the Games Cashmere gradually became disillusioned with the Capitol after repeated failed mentorings-often with very violent deaths-and secretly joined the rebellion shortly before the 3rd Quarter Quell. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell she is still alive age 29.
