Description of Boudicca [Victor of the 17th Hunger Games] [District 2]:

Boudicca was enslaved from her parents as a very young child; she had no memory of them. After several years under this system she was purchased by the Victor Tiberius Drake as a potential recruit for the Hunger Games after Career training. Boudicca exceeded all expectations in combat training but was unreachable emotionally; she seemed uncaring to the world. In her arena, a series of flat, dusty plains she began her legendary reputation; forming the official Career alliance of 1, 2 and 4 and racking up a dozen kills. Her Games lasted only three days, after which she became visibly patriotic and reinforced and improved District 2's Career Academy. As of 75 ADD she is still alive age 76.
