Synopsis

Dr. Bruce Banner is accidentally exposed to Gamma Radiation in California and becomes the monstrous Hulk. He soon begins to terrorize the city as the Hulk but then tries to clean up the mess as Bruce Banner. The Hulk soon has a change of heart when his ex-girlfriend, Betty Ross, returns while the monstrous Man-Thing comes to California to assassinate politician, Helmut Zemo, and destroy the city in the process.

Description of Man-Thing (Theodore Sallis):

A monster-movie actor from Florida who turns himself into Man-Thing after losing our on several roles. After living in hiding for two years, he comes to LA to assassinate Helmut Zemo, the presidential candidate from an independent party, who plans to wipe out Communism worldwide. Hulk tries to stop him and his cousin, Jennifer Walters, betrays him and joins Sallis and becomes his love interest. Age: 30-45
